SHARON A. FORDHAM - Chairperson of the Board
Sharon Fordham is widely respected as one of the most successful women in U.S. business.
Fordham, Principal of The Fordham Group, an early stage investment firm, most recently served
as CEO and Board member of the highly successful, award-winning eCommerce start-up WeightWatchers.com, Inc.,
which was recently bought out by the licensor, Weight Watchers International, at a significant premium to the market.
Prior to her WeightWatchers experience, Fordham held several executive positions at Nabisco, including President
of Global e-Business. In this role, she was responsible for the company's worldwide e-Business strategy, with oversight
for e-Commerce, website development and communications, worldwide e-Productivity, and new Internet ventures. In addition,
she was the driver behind Nabisco's innovative candystand.com and nabiscoworld.com websites, regarded as premier websites
in the consumer packaged goods industry.
Other executive positions at Nabisco include President of the LifeSavers Company and Senior Vice President of Marketing
at the Nabisco Biscuit Company. A highly regarded new product expert, she led the launch of multiple new wellness, "mini"
snacks and confections products, including SnackWell's, Teddy Grahams, Nabisco's line of low-salt crackers, Ice Breakers
gum, and Creme Savers candy.
Fordham earned a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University (Douglass College) and a Masters of Business Administration
degree from the Wharton Graduate School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She has served on multiple Boards
of Directors, including the the Board of Skyworks Holdings, Inc., the Wharton Graduate Executive Board of Directors, the
National Confectioner's Association, and the Wharton Club of New York.
NASIR WAJIHUDDIN - Chief Executive Officer
With 20 years of branding, business strategy, and operating experience, Wajihuddin has worked in the consumer internet
space since 1999. He was SVP marketing at Department 56, CMO at search engine Ask Jeeves, and a Vice President of Marketing,
with responsibilities for divisional e-Commerce, at Champion International.
Wajihuddin has also provided advice to senior managers on their digital/internet strategies. In addition, he was at
Monitor Company, a strategy consultancy, where his clients included Merck & Company, Procter & Gamble and AT&T.
Wajihuddin also held brand management positions at Nabisco Biscuit Company and M&M Mars. He has a Masters in Business
Administration from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.
THOMAS FORDHAM - Chief Information Officer
17 years of Information Technology management experience in business systems development, systems implementation and integration/testing, project management, business process re-engineering and disaster recovery/business continuity.
Director of IT for Etienne Aigner, a women’s fashion footwear, handbag and accessories company. Chair of the IT Steering Committee. Member of the Executive Cost Containment and the New Facility Design Committees. Lead successful major implementations of SAP ERP, Oracle Business Information Warehouse, 80 Store Retail POS/Back-office and eCommmerce website.
A member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association. Served on the Continuing Body of Knowledge CIO Task Force.
Attended Rutgers University from 1980-1985 with majors in Computer Science and Political Science.
